"I have to say this is hands down the best peterbilt dealership I've ever been to!!! I showed up at 7 am with 50 mins until derate. I was very worried starti g to panic a little, I had a load to pick up at 3 pm and it was a weekend, if I missed that load, I'd be stuck till monday not to mention the deadhead fuel i spent to get there. Chuck came outside and told me where to drop my trailer and assigned a tech right away. He told me where the breakroom was that there was a shower I could use if i wanted even said he tells his co workers to keep quiet when we're in the breakroom, which they did. That tech he assigned was awesome, Im sorry I forgot his name. He never spent more than 2 minutes away from my truck he was hands-on the whole time until it was fixed. Chuck kept me informed the whole time without me even asking. I honestly wish I lived closer to this dealership. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you so much, chuck and also the tech you helped me out more than you will ever know. I wish I had some extra money to give yall cause you 100% deserve it!! I highly recommend this place!!! 5 stars!!!"
"False advertising,. Website says closed at 10pm but that is not tru, was there at 9:03pm was close and the employee with a blue Mustang has a weird attitude. Don't play with peoples time"
"My truck was broke down and the highway, 40 mile away from Rush truck centres in TX and the only option we have to do send the truck fixed. The driveshaft at rush. Trucks are in Pharr, TX and TRUCK was sitting there that there wasn’t find any parts 110 days and then after that day, indicating that they did get the delivery with the wrong parts. I need has to stay there again for next two weeks and then after that they called us with more higher value money than the first time window truck was broke down Price that they give us! Also, do you have bad Customer Service I would recommend anybody to get there, never they should be asked for delays the lease or have something they us back for so such a long waiting!!!!"
"Checkin was pretty quick. Came in with a Level 1 Derate & to replace faulty coolant sensor + reservoir. Driver lounge is available upstairs along with bathroom & shower. Super convenient."
