"Everything was going well for a few months, we got our military discount every Saturday we brought our husky. We only paid for a brush and bath this time, and were told it would take a minimum of 3 hours. In less than an hour we got our dog back barely rinsed off, hardly brushed, and her nails butchered and our military discount was denied. Name of the groomer was Vianey H. Do something about her."
"I booked at this location on error and was refused service because of my dog being anxious (he always is and that’s why I pay for the express service, what dog isn’t anxious about a bath?) however at the Montana store (my preferred location) they always are so patient and caring with my dog and have no problem taking him in. This location and Joey V. Is not. He’s also refused me service in the past because of little things. He said it’s for my dog’s safety, yet he wouldn’t let go of the leash that my dog was biting so he was pulling him and mishandling my dog and refusing to let go of the leash after I asked him to, I had to yank it out of his hand, my dog let go of it as soon as I did that. Very rude people working the salon, including the manager. Salon also looked very dirty compared to the Montana location. Do not bring your pets here, poor work ethic and not accommodating at all."
"misleading information for pet grooming ..on website states I only need rabies Vaccination however upon making a appointment I got called and was told my appointment was cancelled due to no proof of pet city license or microchip .. this information / requirement should be displayed ."
