"Crystal was the one who took care of my dog. She did make no effort in calming my dog, who is one used to grooming. We just moved to El Paso so this is our first time sending him to be groomed here. Very disappointing experience! My dog left the shop halfway groomed, she called me to ask me to pick him up because he tried to bite, which I don’t believe he did. I wish I can post a picture to this review for you to see. Crystal does not deserve this job at all, not knowing how to deal with pets."

We will always bring her to this location, which is far from our home."
