"Company has the potential to be amazing however, the Dallas location is poorly managed and operation is very unorganized. Lack of communication and quite frankly, the diversity is terribly emulated. No one keeps their word and turnover rate is high due to operation's failure to maintain their responsibilities in their specific role.. The company does not give quarterly reviews so that the driver may be aware of any short comings they may have. Only thing that's really going for this company is the pay and the milage but it doesn't compensate for how poor the company is ran. Especially the Dallas location. Also, if you're not Hispanic or know how to speak and understand Spanish, I wouldn't recommend. Its very rude to know and understand English but choose to speak a language, your none Hispanic employees can't understand, to other Hispanic employees that also understands and speak English. So if you're someone who doesn't care about organization, having good work ethic, professionalism, diversity, imbalances between work/personal life, or being held accountable for others neglect to their responsibilities then hey, this is the place for you."
"This carrier would be a great place to work for if they have more caring dispatchers and management team...poor communication from staff shop and operations....this carrier pays the lowest out of all the valley.. All the other trucking carriers are paying 45-50 cents per mile and trancasa pays only 41 cents Ohh if you get over 2800 miles per week you will get 43 but they will make sure you stay under that mileage to save the company money.... And now they just started this wanna keep the Texas drivers out all week for 41-43 per mile...no going home until your 34 rest is up... That's alot of the reason drivers choose Texas regional to be home every other day not to stay out 6 days a week"
