"I really appreciate this UPS store! I was able to come in on a Sunday, and a very lovely employee was so kind and sweet with helping me process my returns. They were even understanding to open a few minutes early due to my big return! The manager was super nice and seems to be very fond of her employees. I highly recommend coming here. I’ve been coming for a long time now, and the customer service is alway exceptional!"

"I felt rushed. The employee assisting me literally pressed the button on the terms of agreement disclosure to skip passed all of the legalise and instructed me to sign. She lied and said to select email if I wanted a copy and I never received a copy. She proceeded to summarize the legal terms of agreement. Unprofessional. Otherwise it was a quick expensive process."

"Horrible customer service. I called about a delivery issue due to working at a specific time and the representative would not listen to what I was saying. I repeated multiple times that I am not home at 3pm and I needed to change my delivery. Spent a good 10 minutes trying to explain that I just want to pick it up. Wouldn’t help at all."

"I want to give 0 star but technically its not possible. Worst customer service. I went to this store to drop off a package with label and box neatly taped. As one of the box is little big they asked me to put it in one single box. I immediately opened the box and adjusted in onebox. Now they are complaining its not taped good and they are asking 5$ for the service and taping. Is this way to handle the customer and that too you need 5$ in cash? What’s wrong with this store? Its not about money but the way you handled the customer. Never go to this UPS store."

"Bottom line - just go to FedEx if you need to print anything, and please DO NOT ever use the computer at UPS unless you absolutely have to, and know that it will cost you. I came to print a label that I had ready to send to the email address for UPS to print, as I’ve done at my last UPS in South Austin. I was told I could do it myself using the computer. Nothing further. I thought, great! Very efficient. I had to scan my credit card to access and thought that was normal, for it to charge once I printed. I quickly pulled up my document (took about 3 minutes since it forced me to create an account, which was a cumbersome process but I’m pretty quick at typing) and found that I was going to be charge TWELVE DOLLARS for my 1 page shipping label. I couldn’t believe it and stood waiting for the UPS staff to help fix whatever it was. Once I was able to get their attention, the young lady who had told me to use the computer responded that it could be an appropriate charge based on how much time I’d spent on the computer. They charged me $7 for the few minutes PLUS $5 for a shipping label!!! Mind. Blowing. The worst thing was that the UPS staff seemed to be deliberately withholding that piece of information, about charging for time on the computer, and they were guiding people to use it without mentioning it would cost. I heard her tell another customer as well without mentioning it’s $3 a minute! Worst customer service I’ve ever had with any mailing service — I really hope management isn’t aware of this, and that they will address this issue that has caused several negative experiences from what I can see on these reviews, once they become aware. You absolutely need to inform your customers before guiding them to that. Or even put up a big sign! Literally, there’s just no excuse for that, and it feels a lot like trying to cheat people. An aside, but it’s absolutely absurd in 2023 for a company like UPS to charge by the minute for a computer that requires account creation to accomplish something as simple as printing a shipping label. We have airdrop and easy uploads now. Maybe take a cue from fedex - would have taken 1 minute and cost me $0.20. Definitely will be taking my service back to them from now on. Reply to owner: it only takes seeing how many frustrated customers have had the same experience and took the time to leave their feedback about it to see the common denominator. If the customer experience were a priority to this UPS store, there would be more upfront and transparent notice of these unreasonable charges. As it is, this seems like intentional negligence and deceit, designed to take advantage of customers."
