"Would give this place zero stars if I could. My dog was there for over five hours and I could never get a time estimate on when he would be done. I called and was left on hold until I called back. Oh, and they don’t have any prices for services posted, so you don’t know what they’re going to charge you. For my 17lb dog, they charged +$40 for just a bath. When I asked to see the prices they charge they said they don’t have any. My dog was also, for again, more than 5 hours, not taken outside to pee, so he was ready to explode when I picked him up. This place is awful and the people who run it don’t know what they’re doing."

"Professional and affordable. Prices went up a little bit that is because of inflation. It seems to be family owned because I always see the same gentleman working there. The workers are very polite and gentle with the animals. My dog comes home without injuries every single time ! He is always happy and in a good mood to go here and when we pick him up."
