"I always take my dog there. They are very nice."
"I have been taking my dogs there for YEARS and today will be the last time I take them. I took my malamute for grooming. An hour after I dropped him off, Manny (the manager/owner, whatever he is) called me and told me my dog was misbehaving and was trying to bite them. I offered to pick him up and he said it was fine, however, he would not groom him if I do not bring him more often. He said I have not brought my dog for 2 years. I have barely had this dog for 2 years and I took him this past fall. (I checked my bank statement.) I called him and told him I would pick up my dog and would pay him for what was already done. When I entered the establishment to pick up my dog, my dog had a muzzle on... not really sure how my dog can bite with a muzzle on? Completely disappointed... definitely do not recommend."
