"STOP doing the PetSmart training. I went in with my service dog and a dog doing at the training in PetSmart and the dog lunged to my service dog. The trainer didn't consider correcting the onwer due to correct the dog. I could of lost my service dog. I had family members as well doing the training and the dog in the worse behavior"
"I’m satisfied with Petsmart. The staff is nice. They greet you as you're going in & have answered my questions when I'm not sure of buying a product. They do have great quality products but they rarely have any sales. It’s easy to order and they bring it out to the car if you don't want to get off."
"My daughters and I went to buy fish for ourselves and for a gift. The sales rep there ignored us then rudely told my daughter “What do you want?” My daughter pointed out the fish she wanted and this lady asked her 20 questions and then told her she was not comfortable selling her any fish. Then my other daughter asked for different fish and again she asked questions and my daughter notified her it’s a gift and she said she couldn’t sell her fish if she didn’t know the size of tank. We then asked her so are you refusing to sell us any fish and she said “I am not selling you any fish”. I called to make a complaint and the same rep claimed to be the manager. Terrible experience, horrible customer service and poor management overall."
"Got my Shih Tzu groomed here for the first time over the weekend as I am still looking for a regular dog groomer and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the service was completed as well as the quality of the service. For approximately $50 I got an incredible deal considering some local places charge upwards of $70 for "luxury" grooming services that are strangely not the same quality as what was received here. Highly recommend!"
