"Not happy with the prices and quality of work getting my dog groomed here. I've had 2 great grooming services and all the others have been bad. This last time the lady kept trying to change my grooming package. I normally get the shedding treatment but this time I ordered the better shampoo package and didn't want the shedding one. After 3 time of telling her no. She printed out my order for me to sign and again it stated shedding treatment, she finally fixed it. I thought it would be about 90$ like normal. But for some reason it was 120$. I'm just not happy with the customer service in the groomers part."

"This location put an alert on my account and now I can’t book anywhere online because of the managers fault I have called the store she said she would fix it but the issue has yet to be resolved. I am extremely upset because I travel with my dog and always would use Petco for my go to in every state hassle free. Now it’s been a hassle and nightmare this happened"
"Took my baby Lola to get groomed here at PETCO for her very first time…she did amazing. I will definitely keep bring her back every month to get groomed. Kourtney took very good care of her!"
