"A pro and a con. The pro is that the service was good. There were 8 people at 915am, and the associate went through everyone efficiently. The con is the price. I sent a 0.7 lb box to Santiago, Chile, and the charge was $262. Yes, $262. I was taken aback when the associate told me the fee. I probably should have declined. USPS charges $72 for the same item according to their website, but who knows. I have another box of similar size to mail, so I will go to USPS and find out."
