"All I can say is, if I can give this place no stars I would! I took my kids here for a few years and last year the doctor pushed to be in the room alone with my 5 year old daughter. When I refused he yelled and asked me to leave and for years he said they were just far sighted but fine. Went to Balfour Optical and found out one of my kids are legally blind and both will need glasses 24/7. That tells you how thorough they are. Edit: As you can tell by the reply from the passive aggressive “professional” they take offense when getting reviewed and never took responsibility for his actions and it’s it never okay under any profession to be alone with a child. It is a illegal medical policy. No, majority of parents don’t answer for their kids or are on there phones during the exam. I’m afraid your wrong when it comes to eyes because getting a second opinion on my kids eyes meant they needed to have glasses and yes one is legally blind because with glasses they still do not see 20/20. I will make my experience known to all of my community and hopes to never leave a child alone with a man like Alpar! There are big red flags"

"Worst customer service ever. The only helpful, polite, and cognitive person working in this facility was a lady named Gaby. The doctor, Dr. Alpar is the most passive aggressive, disrespectful and unaware eye doctor I have ever had to cooperate with. Telling a customer to “shut up” multiple times over the phone is completely unacceptable and should never be said to anyone by anyone in a doctor to patient/customer setting. Even in person, he is terrible to interact with. In a difficult situation, it his responsibility to be cooperative and respectful to help a customer understand and come out of a difficult situation regarding an order. However, this was not the case and Dr. Alpar was completely disrespectful over the phone. After a certain age, I think people in this position tend to lose their compassion and overall ability to properly interact with other people. Due to this, I am glad to say we will never be returning. To Gaby, I’m so thankful for our conversation because you were genuinely wonderful to interact with and I hope that you get the chance to work with better doctors."
