"Worst shipping experience ever! Ordered TV from Dell on December 3rd. Tracking showed it made it half way, then stopped. Pilot didn’t know where it was. Re-ordered on Dec. 23rd and asked Dell to use a different shipping company. They said they had no control over that. Just my luck, Pilot Shipping again. Same experience. Tracking shows it was shipped never arrived. 6 weeks later, still don’t have a TV. Was suppose to be for a Christmas gift. Maybe it will show up by next Christmas!"
