"Guard doesnt understand English and needs someone to transfer it into Spanish. Also, they will not pick up trash. Guard shack right there and no one picks it up. If you are needing a guard they need to be able to speak fluent english not restricted to spanish only and need another person to come out to relay the language barrier. What if this person is sick then what? The guard cannot do his job."
"Fast loading, easy parking. Bring at least 6 straps with you for loading."
"Disorganized, nobody knows what they are doing at the guard shack and BOL paperwork can not be found numerous times for loaded trailers sitting on their lot! Complete waste of time that truck drivers already don't have enough of!I have to have BOL emailed to my email from my office 1500 miles away, then take it to the guard, send it to their email so he can print it so I can go, for a trailer I am picking up on their lot! Avoid, avoid, avoid!"
