"I use these guys all the time for shipping and returning items to Amazon they are very efficient and do a good job. I will say this though, good luck getting a smile out of one of the gals that works there but smile or not, she's good and efficient and I enjoy doing business with them. Maybe one day I'll think of something funny enough to say to her to get her to smile."

"I recommend you stay away from this place, will hassle you and waste your resources. If living in the are I recommend go to another location preferably the ones located in the cypress are. Especially if they are packages QR codes from Amazon they are incapable. Stay away."

"So incredibly rude. Talking about customer negatively when I walked in. Refused my Amazon return unless I paid them $3 to print the label and $4 for an additional box even though it was already in a box. Because I questioned it she walked away and helped other customers before coming back to me to finish my returns. So dismissive. Lots of other UPS stores with better service and not charging $7 for an Amazon return. For the record, I took the same box to the UPS store in Cypress, and they used the box. It was in and printed the label for me for one dollar."

"Tried to return an Amazon package. It was a return that required customer packing. It was boxed up and ready to go, but they refused to accept it. Told me I had to pay $7 to put it in another box, so I can ship it. The Amazon policy does not specify how the item is to be packaged, it only says that it has to be packaged. After a frustrating experience at the UPS store, Amazon offered to refund my order and told me they don’t know why the UPS store refused my return. Will not be back."

"Went in to ship out some orders I had, while I was waiting in line another “younger” woman waived me to the other desk, “I can help you” As I approached the other desk I already felt the Rude having a bad day energy she was giving off. As I proceeded with my packages, I asked her a question what would be the cheapest way to ship out.. she replied over there hanging… still confused on the price so I went and grabbed a yellow envelope asking is this what you were pointing at? And asked again is this the cheapest way to ship? She replied these are 1.99$ the ones on top are 1$…..so as I went back for the second time to grab the right shipping envelope she stated okay this will be 14$ to ship UPS ground, when I replied with id like to do the USPS drop off for 6.57$ - she rudely interrupted me with “We can’t do that” - now I just shipped same product at a different UPS store yesterday doing the same procedures. When I tried telling her this I kept getting interrupted stating “UPS DOESN’T DO THAT” So I picked up my things and left - this is a plain example of people doing the “cop out” like every other job in this world.. it’s easier to just say “sorry we can’t do that” because of lack of knowledge… when in fact ALL ups stores can drop USPS if you request it. It would be another conversation if the woman politely said “ im sorry sir, but from my knowledge this store doesn’t handle USPS , but I can check with my manager to see. But to keep rudely telling me what my requests are invalid and basically I was a liar.. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Anyone around the TOMBALL area be aware of this store and their rude behaviors… I highly recommend the UPS store in magnolia next to KROGER. ASK for JEFF"
