"Super slow to load, my appoiment was 13:00 arrived 45 minutes early and at left close to 6 pm. There you have it minimun 4 to 5 hours to get loaded."

"There system can use improvement when u check in they tell u to park from bay door 20 and up then they have you fill out paperwork in hot sun when they could have just gave you the paper to fill out in your truck at check in after u park just doesn’t make sense why u have to fill out paper in front of them in the hot sun on that metal podium thing that’s super hot because it’s in the sun all day for them just to say take paper inside and check in lol not just that your guaranteed to be there the entire day waiting to get loaded I’ve been here many times and every single times it’s been an all day wait literally 10 hour wait so yea I would say they need to hire more forklifts or change up system a bit"

"Plenty of space to maneuver truck around. Clean restrooms inside warehouse, men's and women's separate rooms. Only downside is they tend to take a while to load trucks. *Directions* From I-35 take exit 12 (Carriers Dr). Turn east onto Carriers and continue all the way to the end of the road. Source logistics will be the last warehouse on your left. Tell guard you are there to load and he will instruct you where to park. Once parked walk back to the guard shack and fill out driver sheet to take inside door #1 to the shipping window. Have driver's license ready. Plenty of parking at the Pilot, Flying J and TA right off I-35"
