"TERRIBLE! GARBAGE! 9am appointment. Check in @6:30am waiting all day to get unloaded… it a transfer warehouse so your going to have to wait on the other driver coming from Mexico to get unloaded. They might hold you up 1-3 days..DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A 34h reset. I WOULD AVOID."
"DO NOT COME HERE Monday the 20th 07:00 gave me a door,unloaded my trailer and when you think everything is perfect in about 4 hours load back your trailer just to tell you that was an usda inspection and now,without paperwork you have to wait for a mexican trailer until god knows when, in my case waited until wednesday late,but still others drivers still waiting from monday and tuesday. Ah here at 1118 black diamond circle Laredo,TX 78045 it's $100 lumper fee CASH ONLY"
"Not sure if I can add much to previous reviews by other drivers, but here we go. Arrived early and was still given a door. I was notified that the lumper was cash only and given directions to the nearest ATM, Love's travel stop " in order to obtain the cash. Upon payment of the extortion fee, by the way you receive a hand written receipt, they proceeded to unload my trailer. Total unload took about 2.5hrs before getting told paperwork was ready. Plenty of room to maneuver in the lot, but doors are tight."
"Got in a door at 6am but definitely take their time to unload and don’t tell you before you get there 150.00 lumper cash only. Don’t think I’ll ever get unloaded…. An employee came speeding in while I was trying to hook up, and started throwing her hands up and honking the horn at me. Very dangerous and unprofessional to say the least! I guess they don’t know I speak Spanish, and was shocked at the level of disrespect their workers show towards drivers."
