"Loaded as an outside carrier. Arrived 2 hours before appointment time. Was allowed to wait on property, got a door 40 minutes after appointment time. Loaded and gone in an hour. Only reason it took that long was because the office also called a couple expedite vans at the same time and the same forklift operator loaded all 3 of us."

"Trying to wrap my mind around this company's interpretation of #logistics, from my POV, it is extremely slow and cumbersome. Making a driver wait over 30 minutes on hold to speak with a Dispatcher, only to have the dispatcher say that he will notify the planning department that the driver is within 15 minutes of the terminal is nonsensical overkill. Once the planning department has been notified, adding another hour to the driver's wait time is a very unproductive waste of the driver's time. Drivers are hired by the company to drive , all time that we spend sitting at a terminal waiting for the planning department to clear a load for us, is just a waste of our valuable time."
