Our convenient mobile service allows a fingerprinting technician to come to your location and fingerprint you on the spot. For appointments in the state of Texas, please visit an Identogo location. Choose the service you need, pick a date and time on our calendar, and receive an official FBI criminal history report via email within 24 to 48 hours.
We provide direct fingerprint submissions to the Florida Department Law Enforcement and FINRA for quick results. We offer traditional inked fingerprint cards on a card supplied by you or us, with storage of your prints on our secured server for future submissions. We also offer services for apostilling FBI background checks and authentications.
Walk-in appointments are accepted at all our locations, and we accept credit, debit, cash, and online payments for most appointments. Bring your own cards for our technicians to roll fingerprints on, or use the U.S. standard FBI FD-258 cards available in stock. While we can capture fingerprints via live scan and print hard cards, please note that California has specific guidelines for out-of-state submissions.

"Fast and Efficient in and out. No rolling your fingers in black ink onto the FBI 258 card . They roll your fingers onto a glass scanner and then THEY PRINT OUT the FBI 258 form. No difference from the old way , except this saves lots of time if you need more 258 card and also cuts down errors. Like I said --- fast and efficient and no longer messy."

"AMAZING!!! SERVICE: Arrived at 12:35 p.m. for a 12:40 p.m. appointment. Sitting across the room, another person had just begun to fill out their paperwork. By 12:40 p.m. our attendant had just finished up with the previous customer and approached both of us. The attendant knew the other patron had arrived before me, but asked if I had an appointment. I said I did, for 12:40 p.m. She then asked the person who arrived before me what time their appointment was, to which they responded "I'm a walk-in, I don't have an appointment". The attendant promptly explained that since I had an appointment, she would process me next, which I greatly appreciated. I had to use my lunch break for this, so it's refreshing to see an establishment that honors their appointments over walk-ins. CLEANLINESS: Masks are provided at the door (in case you forgot yours), there is hand sanitizer everywhere too. There are fresh pens wrapped in plastic for your use, and all equipment is sterilized before each appointment. After having my fingers covered in ink, they provide these really great textured wipes to clean the ink away, followed by a paper towel to dry away the moistness of the towelette. CONCLUSION: I was in and out by 12:50 p.m. What a wonderful place. I'm very thankful a place like this exists so far out in West Harris County for those of us who hate going into Downtown or The Galleria for basic services that the government should be providing at every local substation, but that do not. Having a business like this fill this need is really great!"
