"If I could leave a negative star I would. I own a commercial truck roadside service business. Uft reached out to my company when their driver broke down on the side of the interstate in 90 degree weather. I dispatched a mechanic to service their vehicle. Uft’s driver was unable to provide payment on the road side (on a weekend) so their accounts payable person Mariah Isabel ruby Gonzales (her full name) ensured our mechanic she would send a payment once we were able to send her an invoice by email. Well that was lie. I have called this company more than 1000 times trying to reach out to anyone. I have waited on hold for hours at a time. I’ve even tried discussing the matter with other departments. It’s to the point they will not even answer my phone calls or they hang up on me once I start speaking and let them know what I am calling for. I have remained professional and polite so there is no reason for being avoided. Their bill was 470.96, I am currently working with an attorney to file a small claims suit. No matter the expense, no matter the cost, I will be going to Laredo Texas to appear in court personally. My family and I are due for a vacation anyway! Advice to anyone doing business with this company is to not do so. They are crooks and while investigating this company I’ve seen other complaints about where they have scammed other roadside companies so pleas be aware!!!! Hopefully this can help someone before they are scammed as well! Plus if you really investigate their history as a company it’s very scetchy as well!!! BEWARE!!!!"
