"I went out to a road call for this company on 9/14/2020 as they had a regin problem on a Volvo truck. After is got to the area of the break down I was advised the EGR had been deleted. I advised them both, the owner and driver that the regin would most likely not take due to the deleted EGR. They wanted to proceed with us trying to get it out of the drated state by trying the Regin with our computer. It started the regin process but never came out and was a fail. After the fail they didn’t want to pay and advised they would pay by come check but never did. So I called them today and they act like they didn’t have services done nor that I worked on any equipment for them. They know better! DO NOT GO OUT ON ROAD SERVICE FOR THIS COMPANY!"
"Absolutely worthless trucking company. I have been calling for over two hours to get an update on my load and they don't answer or say my dispatcher is at lunch and to call in another hour."
