"I've had a P.O. Box with the UPS Store for going on 7 yrs and have always received great customer care with all business dealings. They always show their customers that they are appreciated. Thank you for that! Darren was of great assistance!"

"Very inconsistent policies. Sometimes they will make you buy a box for Amazon returns even when the Amazon app clearly says “no box or label needed.” It’s only a couple of dollars but still, that adds up over time. This has happened on a few occasions now"

"I normally experience very satisfactory shipping service at this location. However, today I was charged $42.50 to photocopy three color copies of an 18 page document, a total of 54 pages. This charge included $2 print service fee and tax. It also included a charge of $0.69 per page to photocopy. By any measure, the charge is excessive since the cost of paper, ink and reasonable depreciation of the printer cannot exceed $0.03 per page to photocopy. A markup of more than 20 times cost is unreasonable. Caveat emptor."

"This store refused to allow my vendor in Houston to use my UPS Business account to ship my package to my business in Dallas. They must train employees to know that UPS account holders can give their shipping account number to others to send packages to them from other locations as long as the shipping address matches the billing account. This store is not friendly or helpful nor willing to research to find the answer"

"Not the best experience and I personally will never visit this location again!! Upon entering and waiting to be assisted, the guy in the middle (slightly bald, didn't get his name) made the comment that he'd get the customer in front of me and told the other guy (didn't get his name but his name tag identified him as a Notary) "you can get the other one" emphasis placed on "the other one" with no reference to being a customer or human being for that matter. The gentleman that assisted me was very professional and I could tell he loved what he does! The other well... he was awaiting a call from a customer and seemed to be so pissed by the return phone call that he hit the countertop and mentioned how annoyed he was by the transaction. Given my current profession that requires recruitment of talent, this type of behavior is unacceptable. He didn't seem to like his job from the moment I walked in and may even have a preference on the type of customer he assists. This gentleman may need some additional training."
