"Absolutely the worst. Ordered something i needed so i paid extra for next day air. i look and see the item is "on truck for delivery". a couple hours later it says delayed because of wrong address. there is nothing wrong with the address and even the very unhelpful lady at their customer "service:" department said there is nothing wrong with the address. the driver just didnt want to deliver it, i paid for next day air not 2nd day air.....if they actually deliver it tomorrow. wish i could leave 0 stars."
"Firstly I received a damaged package from FedEx with holes in the box and items falling out of it so I immediately contacted the shipper and was to return the package via FedEx, I then called FedEx to inquire if they print shipping labels and they said yes and to just bring it to this location which I did and the person there said that they can’t print labels and said that they couldn’t help me even though on there own website it states that they print shipping labels, zero customer service and not helpful when if they didn’t damage the package in the first place I wouldn’t be in this situation. Dissatisfied!"
