"I have been using this store for last two + years the owner and her staff is simply best, they provide best customer service and are super helpful in guiding me how to ship my package or return if some times I don’t have right packing on. They are all smiles and super professional, I have never had a bad experience at this location and I live 10-15 minutes away from this store. "I do a lot of Amazon and eBay selling/returning, therefore I need a place I can rely on for fast and efficient. This UPS location certainly fulfills those obligations! Not to mention, the staffs are regulars (not the high turn over locations), thus I get the friendly neighborhood experience every time!"
"I stopped in store to drop off a return to Amazon and learned this return required a shipping label to be attached to the box, which I did not print before going to the store. The clerk was extremely nice but their cost to print this label for me was $2, which is absurd. I went down to the location on MacArthur, and like the location I go to in Fort Worth, there was no charge, they were happy to assist. I understand there is a cost to this business to print that label, but not $2. Thank you MacArthur location for great customer service."
"My cashier, Ran, at the Regent Blvd location was extremely helpful and incredibly nice while assisting me! I had many questions which he answered thoroughly and with a smile. He was absolutely amazing & I will go back to that exact location if I ever need to send something else off. His customer service is what everyone wants! Amazing job to him!!"
