"Very very unreliable. For the longest time, the fence/security system to get in was broken. So they had the side fence with zero security system in place letting whoever in. I have had a horrible experience the entire time I’ve had this rental, today I went to go retrieve some thing from my storage unit and they had me locked out. I am about three days late on a payment for my storage unit and they already charged a late fee and locked me out of my belongings. Even if I make a payment; they won’t unlock anything until the next business day. They are also super inflexible, I was locked out once because they made a mistake and meant to lock someone else out- and they kept saying I was late on a payment but I wasn’t; I’m usually ahead by a month and that month I had paid ahead- they finally looked into it after 3 days and apologized and unlocked my unit. During the time they had ZERO security I was told I couldn’t have two locks on my unit- which sucked because anyone could come in and get into the temperature controlled area without a code or card key. I can’t wait to move my things from here! They’re terrible and the new management is terrible. Anywhere but here! The decent places are always rented out"
"Great people to rent from. Friendly and clean. Came to pick up our rental truck and some idiot customers park their moving trucks in front of the gate so you can't get in or out and are moving. Truck is in there. No one answers the phone apparently. Nobody cares. Service sucks"

"The steep grade to get in will damage your vehicle, there is not room to maneuver vehicles within the gates. One of the 2 gates was broken, making the lot virtually inaccessible. It’s a nightmare. Look elsewhere. We were lucky to find another location that fit our needs since this one was so terrible. (I have no experience with staff at this location since we opted to relocate upon seeing the location in person)."
