"The escrow officer must have been short-handed or too busy to reply to buyer's emails in timely manner. I've never received title commitment or preliminary HUD until the morning of the closing day despite of asking numerous times. Yet there are typos and mistakes on the closing documents. I wish I could choose different title company as buyer if I had a choice. I would not recommend. Why do they charge double escrow fees on the buyer side when the contract does not state so and why do they charge a mobile notary fee when they don't have a local office. No point of using remote title company as it will cost buyer extra fees. I'm not happy with their service and I do not recommend this title company to be honest."
