"Terrible experience! Im a small veteran owned concrete flooring business trying to make it and stay afloat. The material that I ordered was not received in the time frame that was promised to me. Even worse, I called customer service to find out the status of it and they said it would be in the next day, so I relayed the information to home owner and other contractors that would be on site for us to lay this product down. Again the material was a NO SHOW after I was told it would be in and I drove 1hr out of my way to pick up and was told it was not in! I will pay a little more next time to use a more reliable shipping company!"
"One star is too much for this company a day prior they called to make an appointment I waisted all day waiting for my package never cane in as appointment said driver was 2 hours late when I went to their location to pick up my package they took another hour to deliver because they make things vety complicated.....do not use them"
