"Normally Estes does a great job. I've had A/C units and wood stoves. Now I ordered from Sam's an Elliptical bike that the driver couldn't deliver off of pavement.Oddly we have pavement up to our driveway but it has gravel that the 4 drivers used without issue. Must be a lazy driver and lacks capabilities (skills) of truck driving"
"I have only worked with Estes as a whole company once and the service was good. I mainly am giving this five stars for the delivery driver Armando. I’ve worked with quite a few ltl delivery drivers and I wish they were all even half as kind, positive, helpful, and competent as Armando. Literally the best delivery experience I’ve ever had. I use ltl for my business and have worked with many different drivers. Please give Armando a raise and keep that guy around!"
"We ordered a couch to be delivered before moving out of state so we didn’t have to wait on it once we got to our new home. It was scheduled to be delivered on June 28th. It never showed up, at 9 PM the tracking was updated to say it had arrived at 3:30 (no it did not) and that at 7:30 it was “unable to be delivered” (it was never even attempted to be delivered.) We called the next morning to see what was up, we were told it would be delivered that day (the 29th) tracking was never updated, we were home all day. Not delivered. We called again this morning, turns out it wasn’t delivered the first or second time because the driver exceeded their hours, and that out area will not be serviced again until Wednesday (July 6th) There’s no guarantee THAT driver will make it before they finish their hours. We move on Thursday. We asked if we could have it delivered somewhere else. They said we would have to go through the store we bought the couch from, they would have to contact Estes, and there would be additional charges. Don’t order anything that is being shipped by this company. You’ll never get it. You’ll just get a run around. Incredibly disappointing (non) delivery service."
"Out of all of the delivery companies that I work with on a weekly basis, Estes is my favorite. They are mostly reliable and Barbara Bertolli is always available to communicate with, which makes receiving our freight seamless. She is great at her job and we are very grateful for her."
