"Booked services with Southwestern Motor Transport on 11/22 and shipment was picked up until 11/25 arrived until 12/10/19 after paying for 2 day guaranteed service. Company decided to sub-contract with Roadrunner and then RR decided to sub-contract with RAC Transport. Was very disappointed with SMT that they never even bothered to follow up on where the shipment was or anything. HORRIBLE experience no customer service will not deal with this company ever again!!!"
"Was told a shipment would be at our warehouse between 3 and 4 pm. Called at 5 cause it never showed. They said we were the last stop and would arrive by 6:30pm. We left the shop at 9:30 still never showed. No phone call or anything horrible customer service!"
