"I am so frustrated about calling the pharmacy and talking to the machine. Yesterday I called for a refill and they told be it would be in the pharmacy the next day (today) by 10 am but when I got there it said it was not available. I received a rude comment when I went to the pharmacy saying that it said it wouldn’t be here until 11. My biggest concern was when it would be in. I only have 2 days left. I l know they are busy , but but they still need to be polite. Also it makes more sense to call directly to the employees and not the machine!!!"
