"driver had a 7-9 apt window for delivery shipper dropped the ball yes but they emailed the paper work that was needed less than 10min driver was given a # to call no one is answering when they did gave him two different # no one is answering his been their since 8 am its noon now no dock no one at the facility if you have a choice don't deliver here or count on sitting all day"

"I arrived at 14:30. It took 6 hours to get me loaded. I was late for a 13:00 appt. They didn’t have a problem with me being late. As you can see by the other reviews, drivers that arrived early for their appt had longer waits than I did. I’ve come to accept that excessive load and unload times are part of the business. Other than showing up early when it’s least busy, there’s not much we can do about it."
"If they’ve taken all day to load you then they may allow you to park on-site but if you arrive like I did after hours then you can expect a closed gate and nobody answering the intercom. I was able to back out of driveway and park on street shoulder"
