"ATTEMPTED THEFT BY HOUSEKEEPING! DO NOT STAY HERE. Housekeeping attempted to steal items left behind in the room. They lied to the manager. I had to insist on further investigation. The employee who cleaned my room admitted to having hid my items in a supply room after telling management nothing had been found. I have filed a complaint with holiday inn's corporate office! Edited to add to hotels laughable response: YOUR STAFF DID ATTEMPT TO STEAL FROM UNLESS YOUR MANAGER ANA WAS LYING TOO THEY TOLD HER NOTHING HAD BEEN FOUND! UNLIKE THIS RESPONSE SHE APOLOGIZED AND TOOK ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR CRIMINAL STAFF."

"Stayed here for work. Location was convenient for Fast Food, not much for shopping. Service was great, rooms tidied everyday and amenities replenished. Pool and Hot tub was fun and a well maintained. Workout room limited on space and Machines, but very clean and well kept! A recommended place to stay if you’re looking for a nice place to stay in the neighborhood!"

"Room was ok, smelled like cigarettes a little, bathroom needed work as ceiling was peeling off. Room 202. When i came back everyday after work, the bed was remade and cleaned up for the night. 5 stars for housekeeping. Breakfast was ah...so so. I stayed 6 nights and same thing every morning but 1. Not to go food friendly. Located right next to the restaurant Dakotas, that was great as I could walk to dinner."

"We stay at Holiday Inn Expess several times a year. We've stayed at this hotel several times. We checked in around 1:30 am. The young man at the desk was very nice ! The room was very nice and clean ...but not $197.00 Nice! I wasn't aware that we were being charged that much. When we checked at the Man( the Owner) was very short to my wife. Rude when she ask about the price being too high. She told him we are Spire reward members. He said that's the price. It was the last room. My understanding when I booked the room it was 151.00. I'm not at all happy with that price. You can stay at the Hilton for that price ! Make sure you're charged correctly for your Room !"
