"Nice facility with a variety of services. This is the most expensive way to stunt your music learning. Instructors don't use books and always say you are doing great. You tube teaches you better. Management has to be controlling this. All instructors does the same, teach as little as possible. These stores will soon go 'bankrupt'."
"Terrible customer service and lack of policy/respect of privacy for handling taking a DL to let a customer play a guitar. Salesman put the DL in his pocket and left for lunch. Manager on duty did not see it as a privacy issue or much of a problem. We were stuck in the store until the salesman returned with the DL. They lost the sale on that guitar and future business from us."
"I’m sure everyone that works there is knowledgeable. Willing to bet anyone could help you, but I highly recommend Patrick. He doesn’t try and sell you, he advises you. And on multiple items his advice was for the middle of the road item, not the cheapest or the most expensive. He’s highly in tune with what ya need, not what he wants to sell"
"The 1 Star is not for its service, or the people. but because it’s says on the website it’s open, but when I get there during its “open hours”, it’s closed. Waste of time and gas. There were 5 other cars that pulled up as well while I was outside, because I suspect they read the same thing. All the other guitar centers were listed as closed."
