"Went to get my beard trimmed and lined up, Jackie said that she does that all the time. She went inches higher than I asked for and ended the line above my jawline. Absolutely butchered the line and couldn’t even it out. I had to go home and shave it off. I will never go back here. She did such a bad job she didn’t charge me and refused to take a tip (which I offered to be polite )."
