"They do not respect the customers despite the agreement from the beginning that I can only come on Saturday or Sunday, and every time you refuse to receive me for unknown reasons and because of the lack of employees and that they do not receive on the weekend knowing that they open on Sunday and you delay my appointment and this negatively affects their behavior. Making fun of customers is not nice"
