"I had been seeing Patricia Rosales for close to a year and for marriage therapy, she is terrible. My wife and I went with Mrs. Rosales with minor issues such as seeking help with communication, but everything got too personal in our sessions by even comparing her own misgivings with ours. She opened wounds that were closed and created chaos in my home by misdiagnosing my spouse and having her on antidepressants. She never took the time to help my wife and I understand each other by using better communication techniques, which marriage counselors do. She can be biased and pinned us against each other with past events that had no purpose in our sessions. Her individual advice was "leave your spouse". She is a licensed professional counselor with expertise in chemical dependency or addictions. I found that out after I did more research. Don't risk your marriage, find someone that specializes in helping couples. Good Luck in making the right choice... Update: My wife filed for divorce with the advice and support of Patricia Rosales. My wife and I still live together, we have a great relationship but I found out that this lady still counsels my wife and even gave her the divorce attorney referral & guidance. Every time my wife & I try to work on our relationship, my wife closes the door based on this counselor's advice & guidance. None of it makes sense, our problems are not divorce problems. Patricia Rosales DESTROYED MY MARRIAGE W/ 3 KIDS & A HOME. Save your marriage, stay away from Positive Expressions."

I’ve been able to understand and unpack past trauma that I didn’t realize or understand the way it impacts me today.
