"When I first started seeing my therapist, I was paying out of pocket. Then a lady from billing which I’m not going to use her name, told me that my therapist was going to accept a third-party insurance and that it was gonna be cheaper if I did that. Of course, I was happy to use my insurance because it was going to be cheaper. Well as time went on I started receiving charges from the third-party company telling me that I owed money. When I spoke to the billing department several times I kept asking them. Why am I getting this message and they kept telling me that on their end they couldn’t say anything and it was fine. Well couple months later, I did owe over $350. Of course the billing department did not want to take responsibility and their supervisor called me and left a message saying that I was responsible and that information changes on insurance all the time and they were not gonna help me out. This is their job and they’re supposed to provide all the information on their end and you assume that they know what they’re doing because they do this every day. I’m really disappointed because my therapist was great, but the billing department just really didn’t care and own up to their mistake. Don’t trust their billing department the lack of knowledge is really sad. At the end of the day, they still got my money from the insurance and my money from out of my pocket."

"I really wanted to like this place. The therapists I saw were amazing and I felt very comfortable with them, however the communication is horrible. I had to stop seeing my therapist here and was put on a waitlist for another because they were having issues with my insurance. After weeks of no update I called back for them to tell me they don't accept my insurance?? I was confused and questioned why they didn't inform me. Months later I decided to call back and suddenly they accept my insurance, but there was a 2 month waitlist. So, the therapists here are great if you can actually get an appointment with one."
