"I have been referred to this place by TWC. I got an email from family services 1 month ago and they don't care enough to make appointment for me. maybe its me or because im white, im not sure but they don't want to help everyone."

"Very Disappointed, I gave them my insurance information (UHC) and they still need to know my income. Honestly it’s very sad that they put you on the back burner just to know your income. It’s hard just to even reach out for help and then they just put your process on hold just so you can provide income information. If they really cared about mental health income should be the last thing on someone’s mind."

"I made an appointment weeks ago for July 2. I asked for my payment to be taken approximately a week before. They took it with no issue, for the exception that Delilah Guerrero, secretary, never sent me my receipt after I asked for it twice. July 2nd comes, therapist, Veronica acabada, doesn’t show to my first appointment that was supposed to be at 10 am. I waited 11 minutes. I immediately called and asked for a refund since no one let me know if she canceled or anything. No one called me back. I called on Tuesday again explaining, and Delilah immediately said Hector García in Finance will refund my money. It’s Thursday, I had to call again and Hector never returned my money because supposedly Delilah never got my information. Worst establishments to get your mental health. Incredibly unprofessional. I hope no one goes here anymore because how can you trust people like this for your health. Stop going and get better services that just don’t take your money and have people that actually do care."

"These people don’t want to provide help. I called back in April for help, but even though I called multiple times in the early part of their office hours, I got no answer. I left my information on their answering machine hoping they would get back to me. Never did. Fast forward to late September and I called again because I still need help. They acted all nice but told me they were busy at the time so they told me to wait 2 weeks for my first session, and that they only do it by phone. That’s fine with me, I can wait a little longer. Susan called the next day to get me registered and set up for an appointment. It is now November 12 and I still haven’t heard anything from them. At all. They apparently can’t even call to tell me they’re still busy but they will contact me as soon as they can, sorry for the delay, etc. You know, the kind of thing a professional establishment that cares about their patients would do. I was going to call them to tell them off for being such a let down, but honestly, they don’t deserve a proper complaint. They probably wouldn’t do anything about it anyway. They’re not here to help me, so I’m leaving a 1* review that will stay with them permanently for everyone to see how much they suck."
