"Called to get basic information, the girl that answered was not very helpful. I stated I was calling for basic information and she replied by asking if I had filled out an application, again I told her I was calling to get information or instructions on applying for the program, in a ride response she stated I had to fill out an application 1st, I asked if I had to fill out an application to get information? And she she responded that I had to fill out an application and they would call me, I asked where do I get an application and where would I turn it in, if it would be there at her location and again in a ride tone her response was ," well isn't this where your calling?" I was about to go off on her, but obviously she's too ignorant for me to waste my energy on. And hopefully this is not a representation of the people this agency has working for them."
