"It took a few days for me to gather my thoughts regarding this reviews/ Daycare because I am bothered by how this daycare handle business my children as well as the rudeness and lack of empathy neglect and picking towards my children. I’m going to just jump right in and if I have to write another review it will state my name at bottom Jessica P. First and foremost in August I went to the daycare to pay for my oldest son icecream for every Friday they did also at this time I was potty training him. So whil I was in the office I hear my son name being yelled all the way in the office so I calmly walk in the classroom and say what’s going on and his teacher at that time Becky looked shocked to see me and said oh we was at circle time and he was putting his hands in his pants I told her ok but I’m potty training him so he’s learning then she say oh ok. I also noticed how he would not want to be around her in the class never want to give her hugs which was strange he never like her. A few months ago I drop my two year old off in the morning and I sat at the park and look on camera and notice how Becky was pointing her finger at my son I’m thinking he’s sitting down eating what could he possibly be doing for he to be yelling at 8:30 in the morning so I went back to the daycare and ask may I ask what did genesis do because if he done anything please let me know and I will reinforce what your saying. She said oh I was telling him to eat his cookie. Wow !!! Okay but he’s just sitting down on camera no need to talk to him that way and get on him. On Friday June 30, 2023 my dad picked up my two year old and he went off on the staff because my son had a big gash bruise on his head because they said he was outside on a table near a pole and he slipped and feel down. Which I do not believe that happened to him. The director Laurie refused to show my dad the video that she claimed had. She also told me I can come see it on Monday morning but she never came to the daycare or answer the phone. She did call that Saturday to check on him that’s it. Photos will be attached. My youngest son has RSV since October and his doctor approved for him to go daycare since he was fine to. I would call myself going to the daycare to clean his nose so I can suck the mucus out so therefore can he can drink his milk to that way he will not get dyhadrated by not drinking milk. It was times at home I had to feed him thought a syringe right before he started daycare because he was refusing to eat due to stuffy nose. On December 8,2023 I went to the daycare to check on my youngest child to make sure he’s ok and I notice that his nose needed to be suctioned so I cleaned his nose changed his diaper and I also feed him a 6oz bottle. The reason why I did that was because on December 7, 2023 the report from the teacher that had him on paper stated he was only drinking 2 oz of milk every two hours and that’s alarming because he’s suppose to be drinking 6 ounces or 5. While doing so the girls in the room on that particular moments was looking at me as if I was stepping on their toes I’m sorry if I did I was just making sure my son was ok. I left after he ate and went home. The owner went on Facebook and said due to flu RSV please don’t allow parent in classroom. So I immediately message the daycare to explain to them why I did so but no one every responded back. Same day I pick up my kids I saw two men walking out of toddler 3 classroom so I said hi while on the phone with my dad are they allowing us in the classroom did they say anything to you he said no. I stood at the front door got my babies and I told my dad see if I would have walk in they would have said something to me. On December 14,2023 I notice that my infant baby has red polish on his feet and toes so I immediately message the daycare pretty much told them that that can be detrimental to his health and he’s putting his feet in his mouth."

"My nephews were recently pulled from this facility for their lack of compassion, problem solving, and communication. Imagine leaving your kids in the place all day long where you feel like staff doesn’t care for them and then, as a concern parent you professionally bring up these concerns repeatedly only to eventually be told you’re basically complaining too much so your kids can’t come back."

"We absolutely love and trust Happy Faces! My child has been in their care a little under 3 years and I know that she is well taken care of when I drop her off. The staff is super friendly and attentive, you are acknowledged as soon as you walk in that front door even if you have a code to be in there (parents/guardians). Knowing all the security features this daycare has in place to keep our children safe keeps my heart at peace. My child has learned so much while attending this daycare. I can truly say we are proud to be part of the Happy Faces ELC family!"

"My son has been going there 2 years and he loves it and the staff is awesome. I can see what he does in the classrooms via the app and learning so much there. He will be well prepared for kindergarten. Highly recommend."

"Love this day care, my son has been going here since he was 6 weeks old. As a first time mom they have given me tips and advice. Also helped with crib training and helping him reach each milestone. Also they send me pictures of him doing activities and smiling. His teacher also communicates with me about needing diapers, whipes, clothes ETC. also let’s me know if I need to up his size in everything. Also they have cameras. Very satisfied with their staff, I trust them 100% with my child. My child is well taken care of."
