"I would not hesitate to recommend Border Therapy as the place to choose for all your physical therapy needs. When an appointment is made at a specific time, you will be called at that time. The staff is patient, caring and efficient and work well together to meet patients needs. The equipment is clean and sanitized and strategically placed to accommodate multiple people effectively."

"I would not recommend Border Therapy to anyone. I was seen for 6 weeks, twice a week (total of 12 sessions) after getting a spiral fracture of my humerus repaired. I never got the name of the therapist or the tech that would assist me even after I introduced myself at my first actual therapy session. When I followed up with my doctor after my six weeks of therapy, he was shocked that I wasn’t able to straighten my arm fully. I explained to him that at therapy no one had touched my arm whatsoever to assist with movement, or provide any modality treatments (i.e. massages, esteem, or ultrasound) to break down my scar tissue. This created a huge problem because at that point I was a little over two months post surgery and had about 80% range of motion in my elbow, when he said I should have had 100% at that point. My doctor then informed me that there was a chance I would have to undergo a second surgery to regain full range of motion in my elbow if the new therapy clinic I had transferred to couldn’t fix this issue. If that wasn’t bad enough, I also discovered they had been charging me $30 copays when they shouldn’t have. Once I realized this I called my insurance who reached out to this location to discuss the issue, but my insurance rep was told to call Jesus in billing. When she called it went straight to voicemail so she left a voicemail asking him to return her call. It took her 3 days to finally reach him. Once she spoke to him she informed me that Jesus in billing had told her that it would take 14 business days to receive my refund. I called Jesus 14 business days later and he told me that it would take an extra 4-6 weeks before a check was sent in the mail, because more paperwork needed to be filed. I asked why it hadn’t been filed yet and he told me that he had been on vacation all of last week and half of this week and no one covers him when he’s out. This makes no sense for two reasons, 1. Today is Tuesday so he obviously wasn’t out half of this week and 2. There being no one to cover the entire billing department while he’s out is absolutely asinine. The only people that I enjoyed interacting with were the two nice ladies at the front desk, but that’s not enough to make me look past the rest of the terrible service from this business."

"Would have liked to give this place a proper review, unfortunately I never got past the front desk receptionist. I think one or both needs retraining, 2 times they gave me appointment times and dates but when I showed up both times one or the other told me the time for the appointment didn’t exist. I don’t appreciate them playing around when I’m trying to get my son into therapy sessions ordered by a doctor. Both times they acted like it wasn’t their mistake when it clearly was.I don’t understand why it’s hard to admit your mistake and move on, They gave me another date and time but I’m not going for it a 3 rd time, took my son elsewhere"

"I have received PT at Border Therapy for different issues in the last 5-6 years. I keep returning because it's a friendly, welcoming, but most importantly, professional place. The entire staff is there to help and makes the most of the time that each patient has."
