Lone Star Express

"Well this has been an interesting experience. I'm fairly new to the Killeen area and needed to take a flight from Killeen to Southern California. With the recent storm closing Dallas airport and canceling hundreds of flights, I was desperate to still catch a flight to California for a work trip. I had already booked my ride to and from Killeen airport with Lone Star Express, but when my connecting flight out of Dallas was canceled, I immediately started looking at other airports. I finally found one leaving out of Austin but it was a day early and it was 7:00 a.m. instead of 10:00 a.m., a pretty big difference in location and timing. I called but could not reach anyone so I went ahead and emailed Lone Star Express. They said they would do what they could to get me a ride to Austin instead of Killeen, which was an HOUR difference in ride time. I was nervous because it was for the very next morning which left me very little time to try to find another ride service if they couldn't help me. I was already stressed out enough trying to make sure that I could get the flights I needed to California for work and now on top of that having to make sure I could get someone to take me all the way out to Austin. I am so happy to say that Lone Star Express came through with flying colors!!! They not only booked me a ride all the way out to Austin the very next morning where I had to leave my house at 4:45 a.m., they switched my departure day (of course), and then they also switched dates for my return trip. I needed to extend my stay and I sent one little email and they took care of everything for me and even booked the same driver that I requested. Will was my driver who took me out at the crack of dawn to Austin and he was so awesome that I wanted him to pick me up for my return flight as well. For someone who's new to the area and really doesn't know much about available services and with covid closing down so many, Lone Star Express came through for me in a very challenging time. I highly recommend their services, they have good prices, they have great people, and they are very quick to respond especially on email. THANK YOU LONE STAR EXPRESS!!!"

"Lone Star Express is amazing- went above and beyond when we really needed them. One of their drivers got stuck on the interstate unable to get my husband from the airport. Another person got in his own vehicle and safely got my husband home. Took his time and checked the roads periodically as it was snowing. My husband hates being a passenger and the gentleman that drove him never once gave him that anxiety he experiences with other drivers Highly recommend this company !!"

"They called while my flight to Austin was boarding to tell me they were going to refund my money because they were not able to come get me. Ended up paying over $100 for an Uber. Absolutely would not recommend doing business with them. Use the Killeen Express Shuttle instead. Worth the extra $8 or whatever it is. They are extremely reliable. I should have called them in the first place, they have never left me stranded. You claim you never had me as a customer but I have a missed calls from you when you called to cancel my reservation. I also have bank statements that show the charge and refund. This is not a troll post."

"Fantastic service, very easy, punctual and super friendly. The driver texted me the night before to confirm the pickup time. I was picked up at my house right on time, the vehicle was spotless and there were free snacks and water. When I returned, the driver got to the airport earlier than the booked time, as my flight was early. Very smooth experience overall, would use this service again any time. Highly recommended."
