"We have been part of the Pengu family for over a year. All 3 of my kids (aged 5-7) have learned to swim here and 1 (aged 7) is on their newly formed swim team. All of my children are now advanced swimmers. The staff and management have been wonderful! My kids always look forward to coming to swim class. Many of the employees have been here since we started (which I admire and think speaks volumes about great management and the working environment). The swim instructors are engaged with the kids throughout the class. We have experienced several coaches as our schedule has changed and/or they have advanced into a new swim level. Throughout these fluctuations and changes we have had a consistently good experience for over a year. My 7-yr old loves being on the swim team and adores her coach. She has grown in strides, increased her stamina, and is improving her stroke technique. The instructors that we have experienced give positive feedback and build confidence in their swimmers. As for the building itself, the bathrooms and dressing stalls are always clean. They have a small play area for young kids who are not in class or are waiting for class to start. There is ample seating for family. The pool is a standard sized indoor lap pool and classes are up to 4 students per instructor for 30 min sessions. If you are looking for swim lessons for your little one, I highly recommend Pengu Towne Lake."
