"This company is a complete joke. Not professional what so ever. I've been contacting them over and over again for an event we were supposed to have this coming may, and to no avail have we received any call backs or any answers period. We show up to the shop where they are located and no one is there. We've already paid the down payment for the limo so at this point we are going to have to proceed with some type of legal actions with reports to the BBB. If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!"
"What a bad experience from beginning to end. First of all this is Houston Texas. For you not to have a functioning air conditioner on a bus is out right ridiculous. Secondly an unprofessional driver that constantly suggests he needs a tip over and over again. Thirdly the bus was falling apart inside and the company has asked for reimbursement on items that were previously damaged. I will also send and inquiry to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU A DESIRE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE"
"Do not spend your hard earned money with this company. Driver was unprofessional, every chance he had he was asking for tips. Bus was damaged and on top of that there was no air condition. This was by far one of my worse experiences with a transportation company."
