"Outstanding Customer Service. During this age of artificial intelligence, online banking and other forms of electronic communication true Customer Service is becoming nonexistent. This is NOT the case at the Brazos Valley Credit Union-Rosenberg Branch on Highway 36/1st Street. The entire staff from tellers, to loan officers to security staff are simply amazing. But branch manager, Danielle sets the gold standard with professionalism, patience and banking knowledge to help the most limited customer like me. Her guidance helped Linda and I tremendously. We will continue to trust and allow Brazos Valley to facilitate our banking needs. Brazos Valley, Rosenberg Branch(Hwy36) is the BEST!!"

"Amazing Customer service. From the moment I walked in. They made me feel very comfortable. Explain with detail all my questions I had about opening a new account.
