"I encountered a fraudulent purchase being attempted to be delivered to this Mail Center in Laredo, Texas. Someone at box 222 hacked my Wayfair account and attempted to have a sewing machine delivered to this mail center address and this box number at my expense. They were careful to place the order initially having it sent to my address but after a few hours going back in to have it delivered to this address instead. Wayfair, My Bank and this office via Supervisor Ariana have been advised. Hopefully this office won't have any future fraudulent deliveries made on this person's behalf."

"If you value quality customer service and follow up, do not do business with this establishment. There was a time when the opposite was true-time changes almost everything. I cannot recall a time when I have been treated with such arrogant contempt. I always endeavor to give honest and objective reviews, check my other reviews for yourself. This scathing review is more than warranted."
