"They are the absolute worst. Arbitrary rules make it difficult to get the drive times in. Their communication is poor and if there is an issue they just point to the contract. Terrible way to run a company."

"Worst experience ever I regret that I joined GLDA for my driving lessons, took the 7 hr driving lesson, pre test and the road test through them. Worst place I have ever seen with a bunch of insane, racist , heartless and greedy people who just make illogical reasons to make you fail in the test, so as to take extra money from the students. I don’t find any genuine reason for me getting failed in the test, in fact I was pretty sure and confident till the last time that I passed the test. But when examiner was just pointing out illogical reasons so as to make me fail the test and told that you can take the pre test through them by again giving them $70, I was totally heart broken. The people here are just in the greed for money. So my humble request to all, is to stay away from this driving academy and go join any of the good driving school."

"Surprised to read the negative reviews!! Both my girls went through this school and we did not have any issues. Anytime we called the lady at the Coppell office was very helpful. I think if you are on top of it and do your part it all works out. It will be our first time taking a test here but I do not anticipate any problems."

"Worse than the DMV go to Carrollton Drivers ED- much better experience. The girl who's only job was to validate that we had the right and accurate paperwork failed to notice that the copy that I provided of my car insurance was expired. Since, she failed to notice it (and I did too) until 1hr and 40mins after our wait time, when the instructor was finally ready- my daughter couldn't take her test. My frustration isnt only with the fact that in that wait time had that been noticed I could have printed the accurate one but also that they simply were not solution oriented people- I showed them the accurate docs online, offered to print but their printer was broken, went 5 mins to Kinkos to print a new one and when I came back they said no more road tests. Then when they called me to reschedule they were going to still charge me a reschedule fee. Bad business practices and poor customer service- either save your money and go to the DMV or use Carrollton Drivers ED MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE!"

"Had no issues setting my son' s drive times. Do to the volumes, I would suggest making sure that you are on line 8P on Mondays. That is when they release the next open week of drive classes. We did 2 per month and easily finished."
