"Good customer service and great book options. It's sad that so many book stores are gone. This one is still alot of fun to walk through and the bakery has good stuff. I still prefer having a book in my hand over reading on a screen so it's a breath of fresh air to walk in and see so many book options available. They have figures and board games too. This is one of those places that still stands tall."
"Love the layout of this specific B&N location- it is one of the best locations. I noticed each section is well stocked and maintained. Lots of customers shopping and browsing but it did not feel overly crowded or unpleasant. The lines were long of course due to the holiday season, but that's expected. Everything was super tidy and organized throughout the store, even in the children's section and the bargain book areas. New merchandise on displays were well done with care. Customer service was pleasant and helpful. The cafe area was clean, had plenty of seating, and friendly staff making drinks as well. Felt comfortable. One of the best!"
"While we don't come here too frequently (a handful of times a year), we never leave empty handed! Very nice selection of books, great layout of the store with unique gift items right up front, and always friendly cashiers/staff. We visited most recently on 12/08 at noon. Great experience and found several books and gift items for Christmas. 5 Stars!"
"The people I’ve met here are like my new nerdy best friends. I can talk to them about the weird stuff I’m into, some have even seen books I would like and tell me about them when I come back in. And some have directed me on the best ways to learn a new language. (Hannah and Sam) the only two peoples names I remember, I appreciate everything."
