"I follow Dr David on YouTube for my knee issues. Amazing help and results. Exercise program for knees and hip tendonitis have worked extremely well for me and are now part of my daily exercise routine."

"I had pain in my knee for almost 3 years. My therapists gave me a ton of exercises that didn't help at all. After Dr. Middaughch's extraordinary information, I tried to relax my thigs for the first time and have been foam rolling and stretching my quads. This has reduced my pain significantly for the first time. Thank you very much!"

"Dr. Tessa and Dr. Kendall are fantastic! I flew in for the day and couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole team is extremely professional, you really feel like they care about you and I didn’t feel like just another number. When I run across quality people in any profession I always save that persons number and recommend them to friends. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. A special thanks to Amber for being amazing as well, thank you guys!"

"I sustained a low back injury at the age of 9, which caused my right leg to become shorter than my left. In 1988 I sustained a career ending injury to my upper back while moving a patient. I had years of chiropractic and massage therapy with minimal improvement. In 2021 I developed severe pain in my lower back and numbness in my left leg. An MRI showed 3 bulging discs. Steroid injections didn’t help. Physical therapy helped minimally, until my husband found El Paso Manual Physical Therapy (EPMPT) for a torn meniscus, which is now mostly healed WITHOUT SURGERY! He does exercises recommended by EPMPT daily. During my very first treatment at El Paso Manual Physical Therapy, Dr Tesa adjusted my spine and for the FIRST TIME in over 50 years my legs are the same length!!! My progress is slow but steady and I am very happy with the care I receive and how they treat me. I have been given exercises that I do at home, which help tremendously. I highly recommend El Paso Manual Physical Therapy!!!"

"Here is my testimony: I was looking for an alternative to Western medicine as I felt that it was just putting a bandaid on the problem. That's when I found El Paso Manual Physical Therapy on YouTube. I had back issues for several years. Once I found out EPMPT was only a 45- minute drive from where I lived I gave them a call. After I spoke with Amber I was convinced I needed to come in to give it a try. I had a consultation with Dr. Tessa and Dr. Tessa was the first provider that actually touched my back! When I first came to the clinic I could barely walk and needed to use a wheelchair. It was hard for me to stand for long periods of time. If I was standing for only a few minutes my entire leg would go numb all the way to my foot. I was in the medical field for 30 years. I had only seen the type of physical therapy that they send you to after surgery. I feel that here it's different. EPMPT helps you prevent any kind of surgery or helps you avoid relying on pain medications. I consider Dr. Tessa to be a blessing. Dr. David and El Paso Manual Physical Therapy as a whole was a godsent to me. If it wasn't for me coming in I would have ended up having back surgery."
