"We are thrilled with ALA! The teachers and staff here are Heaven-sent - well trained - and know exactly how to meet kids right where they are! Our son spent a couple years at ALA. He needed a slightly different setting in the classroom so he had time to mature and settle into his role as a student. ALA is equipped to teach kids who need a different learning style - it was OK for our kid to sit on the ground while the teacher was talking, maybe he needed to take a quick walk around the school to get some "bugs out". They are creative and quick to make accommodations that allow kids to be successful while learning, while demanding the very best from their students. We just happen to have a little guy that isn't ever going to be successful sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day doing worksheets. ALA reminded him that he's smart, capable, and able to be a great student. They equipped him with the tools and confidence to re enter a school closer to our home! We are all so grateful for their expertise! The teachers made real difference with our kid that will last a life time. I highly recommend. Thank you ALA Staff!"
