"RECITAL TODAY- today I attended recital for my kiddo .it was held at the MCL Lewisville . I was surprised to see that even in the group performance they announced winners .there we’re almost 50 kids doing group performances together for Violins Cello and other instruments only 3-6 kids very honored . My kiddo has attended other music school and performed in various art centers for different skills I have never seen any where in other music schools recitals doing this . In my opinion every single kid who performs at the recital is a hero because they overcame their fear of presenting in front of stage in that to in front of many people . Every single kid is putting their heart to give their best at the stage . And moreover teacher never did any one to one competition between kids to measure their performance so did they just select bunch of kids as their favorites and awarded them ?. And if you are only selecting 6 out of 59 kids to award in one semester then it would take Rojas to honor 10 years to award every kid in the class or they are not bothered to appreciate every kid ? It was SO RUDE of STEPHANIE TO SAY THAT WE CAN NOT GIVE AWARD TO EACH KID WITHOUT CLARIFICATION WHAT IS tHe CRITERIA TO SHORTLIST OR SELECT THE WINNER. I sent my kiddo to learn and explore music as hobby I wasn’t aware that teachers are playing their Favorites even teaching music in group classes . Sending this feedback ananimouse because I want to protect my Kids identity. This is totally my opinion that every single kid is special and I really give my shout out to every single kid who performed in the recital. Hope Rojas school of music improves their processes during recital and aware about the kids sentiments and do more to encourage this kids in a positive way instead of shortlisting their favorite kids . Every single kid is talented try to see the good into each of them ."

"Both of my kids love taking piano lessons here! Stephanie and Eduardo Rojas (the founders/owners) are very warm and down-to-earth, and the quarterly recitals are always beautifully organized with whimsical decorations, delicious treats, and recorded YouTube sessions to share with family and friends. Ms. Anna (my daughter's teacher) is wonderful in giving detailed tips to improve technical details and musical expression. Mr. Joel (my son's teacher) is incredibly patient and makes the lessons fun and relaxed! Thankful to see my kids grow so much musically over the past year and a half."

"This “music school” did not meet my family’s needs. Trying to get a call back from them is worse than going to the dentist. Teacher was constantly late and was on her phone during my son’s lessons. Look elsewhere."
